4 skinned boned chicken breast halves
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt. Heat oil. Add chicken; cook
5 minutes or til lightly browned. Turn chicken and cook 6 minutes more or
until done. Stir in vinegar, honey and basil; cook 1 more minute, turning
chicken to coat with glaze
