Beef Teriyaki

1 lb. flank beef steak
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 garlic, minced
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Score steak diagonally across at ¾ intervals. Place steak in a large heavy-duty
ziptop bag. Combine honey and remaining 6 items; stir well. Pour marinade
over steak; seal bag securely. Turn bag to coat steak

Preheat grill. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Place marinade
in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove form heat and set aside.

Grill steak, covered on each side or well done, basting occasionally with boiled
marinade. Slice steak diagonally across grian into thin slices

**May substitute chicken breasts for beef
