Filet Mignon with with Fresh Herb and Garlic Rub

2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
1½ tsp. minced fresh basil
1½ tsp. minced fresh thyme
1½ tsp. minced fresh rosemary
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
4 beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; rub evenly over steaks.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking
spray. Add steaks to the pan, and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until
desired degree of doneness.
