Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Dried Fruit

4 bone-in center cut pork chops
Salt
1/3 cup sliced shallots
1 cup chicken broth
1 7oz. pkg. dried mixed fruit

Heat large skillet. Coat pan with cooking spray. Season pork with salt. Add
pork to pan, cook 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove
from pan and set aside.

Add shallots to pan, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broth and fruit.
Return pork to pan, cover and simmer until pork is well done and heated
thoroughly.
