1 lb. uncooked small seashell pasta
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced Simple Baked Ham
3/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain;
place in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar and next 5 ingredients. Add cheese, ham, basil, and pine nuts
to pasta; toss gently to combine. Drizzle with vinegar mixture; toss
to coat. Cover and chill.
