1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 (4oz. each) center-cut pork loin chops
Cooking spray
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Prepare grill.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub pork with spice mixture; let
stand 10 minutes. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
Grill 4 minutes. Turn pork; grill 2 minutes. Brush each chop with 1 tablespoon
sauce, and grill 2 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
With Stove-Top Barbecue Beans:
1 tbsp. margarine
½ cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic
Sauté onion and garlic in margarine in saucepan 3 minutes. Sitr in:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2 (15oz. each) cans Great Northern beans
Combine and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with pork chops and Coleslaw
