1 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. Chinese hot mustard
1/2 tsp. salt,
6 boneless center-cut loin pork chops
4 green onions
3 cups hot cooked white rice

slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in mustard.
Keep warm.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle
1/4 tsp. salt over pork. Add pork to pan; cook for 2 minutes on
each side or until done. Add pork to hoisin mixture, turning to coat. Keep warm.
