Pork Tenderloin with Black Bean Salsa

½ cup fresh lime juice
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
4 garlics, crushed
¾ lb. Pork tenderloins
1 can black beans , rinsed and drained
1 cup salsa

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large heavy duty ziptop bag. Add pork; marinate
in refrigerator 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine black beans and salsa, stir
well. Set aside.

Preheat grill. Remove pork form bag, discarding marinade. Grill pork on each
side or until well done. Let it rest 5 miutes then, cut pork into thick slices. Mix black beans and salsa together and serve with pork.
