Broiled Salmon with Honey and Vermouth

2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. dry vermouth or white wine
1½ tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
1½ tsp. country-style Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
2 salmon fillets

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Place salmon on
a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with half of honey
mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a
fork, basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
