1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated lime rind
2 tsp. dark sesame oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
8 garlic cloves, minced
6 (6oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Combine hoisin sauce, ginger, and next 5 ingredients in a large zip-top
plastic bag. Add chicken to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for
2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Prepare grill.
Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill rack coated
with cooking spray, and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
Serve with Grilled Corn with Lime Butter
