Medley Peppercorn Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

1 tbsp. grinded medley peppercorns
½ tsp. salt
1 lb. chicken breasts
2 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
¼ cup red wine or beef broth

Sprinkle chicken with peppercorns and salt. Broil the chicken 5½ inches away from heat
for 5-6 minutes on each side or well done. Heat oil and sauté mushroom
and onions 5 minutes or until tender. Add wine or broth, simmer 1 minute.
Place cooked meat on serving plate; spoon mushroom mixture over them
