Orange Glazed Tenders

2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. chicken tenders or breast cut up each into 3-4 strips
2 tbsp. flour
2 green onions, sliced
1 garlic, minced
¾ cup orange juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oil in skillet. Dredge the tenders in flour. Add chicken to hot skillet
and cook 4 minutes or until browned, turning once. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add green onions and garlic; cook stirring constantly 30 seconds. Add juice
and soy sauce to skillet; bring to boil. Cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes
or till mixture thickens slightly. Return chicken to skillet; simmer
2 minutes or till chicken is thoroughly heated.
