Paella

1 tbsp. Oil
16 oz. Smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp
2½ cup chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp. Curry powder
¼ tsp. Salt
9 oz. pkg. frozen peas

Heat oil in skillet, sauté sausage 10 minutes. Remove sausage, leaving drippings
in skillet. Add broth to same skillet and stir to loose bits from
bottom; bring to boil. Stir in rice, curry and salt. Cover and simmer
15 minutes.

Stir in sausage and shrimp. Cook 10-12 minutes or until shrimp and rice are
done. Stir in peas; cover and cook 1-2 more minutes to heat thru.
