Spiced Turkey Cutlets

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 turkey cutlets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into slices
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cumin

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle turkey
with salt and black pepper. Add turkey to pan; cook for 3½ minutes on each
side or until done. Remove turkey from pan, and keep warm.

Add onions and bell pepper to pan; sauté 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cook until reduced, 3 minutes. Serve with turkey.
