3 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. hot chile sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 (1½ lbs. total) Cornish hens, skinned and split in half lengthwise
Cooking spray
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add hens to bag;
seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally. Remove
hens from bag; discard marinade.
Place hens on a grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill for 10 minutes
on each side or until a thermometer registers 180°.
