Barbecue-Spiced Chicken

2 tsp. onion powder
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. chipotle chile powder
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine all the seasonings and spices; sprinkle evenly over chicken breasts.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking
spray. Add half of chicken to pan; sauté 2 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken.

Arrange chicken on a jelly-roll pan Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until done.
Accompany with Vermont Baked Beans
