4 boneless center cut loin pork chops
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup chicken broth
Sprinkle chops evenly with lemon pepper. Heat oil in skillet; add chops. Cook
3 minutes on each side or til browned. Remove chops form skillet; keep warm.
Mix vinegar and broth in skillet, stirring to loosen any browned bits from pan.
Cook 4 minutes. or till mixture is reduced to a thin sauce. Spoon over chops
