Cilantro Lime Pork Chops

6 tbsp. lime juice
1½ tsp. cumin
1½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp garlic powder

6 bone-in pork chops
2 tbsp. olive oil
1½ tsp. cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro

Combine lime juice, cumin, chili, and salt and garlic powder. Place the mixture
into a Ziploc bag. Add pork chops, seal and turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.

Remove pork chops and discard marinade. Turn on skillet with oil until hot and
cook pork chops until browned all the sides. Remove pork chops from
skillet and keep warm. Stir cornstarch with some amount of broth, then add
the mixture along with rest of the broth, juice and honey to skillet.
Cook and bring to boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in
cilantro and return pork chops to the skillet. Heat thoroughly.
