1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
6 flour tortillas
3 cups thinly sliced Simple Baked Ham
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups thinly sliced plum tomato
1/2 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Combine mayonnaise and cheese; spread evenly over tortillas. Arrange 1/2 cup
Simple Baked Ham on each tortilla; top each tortilla with 1/3 cup lettuce
and 1/3 cup tomato. Divide onion and bacon evenly among tortillas. Roll up.
