Ham and Four Bean Salad

1½ cups finely chopped Simple Baked Ham
1½ cups chopped green onions
1 16oz. can lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 15oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 15oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine first 5 ingredients.

Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over
bean mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Toss gently before serving.
