Seared Pork with Cranberry-Orange Sauce

1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ground fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless center-cut loin pork chops
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/3 cup dry white wine

Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/8 tsp. salt.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high
heat. Sprinkle the pork with 1/8 tsp. salt and rosemary. Add pork to the
pan, and cook 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.

Add wine to pan, scraping the pan to loosen the browned bits. Stir in cranberry
mixture, and then return pork to pan. Bring to a simmer, and cook for 2 minutes
or until the pork is done.
