Skillet Sausage & Cabbage

16 oz. Polish or kielbasa sausage, cut into pieces
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
6 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
½ tsp. caraway seeds
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Sauté sausage in heavy skillet until browned; drain on paper towels. Add onion
and bell pepper to skillet and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, and
cook stirring often, 8 minutes. Add sausage, wine and remaining items.
Simmer and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve immediately.
Great with roasted potatoes
