Chipotle Turkey Cutlets

2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
8 turkey breast cutlets
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1½ tsp. chipotle chile powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
2/3 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 14oz. can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes with jalapeño peppers and spices, undrained

Combine the first 3 ingredients. Sprinkle turkey with sesame seed mixture.

Heat 2 tsp. oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey;
cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from pan.

Heat 1 tsp. oil in pan. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in
chipotle powder and cumin; sauté 30 seconds. Stir in broth, cocoa, and
tomatoes. Return turkey to pan; bring to a boil. Partially cover, reduce
heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until turkey is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
