Shrimp Sate with Pineapple Salsa

¾ cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp minced seeded jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp honey

2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp chili powder
24 large peeled shrimps (You can use frozen precooked ones from package,
and thawed as directed on the package

Combine pineapple and next 5 ingredients in a med bowl.

Combine mint, juice, salt and chili powder. Add shrimp to toss well. Thread
3 shrimps onto each of 8 skewers. Place shrimp on preheat grill, grill
30 to 45 seconds on each side or until heated thoroughly. Serve with
pineapple salsa.
