Hoisin Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
2 tsp. bottled minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. chicken breast tenders
3 cups bagged broccoli florets
1 8oz. can whole water chestnuts, drained

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over
medium-high heat. Combine broth and the next 7 ingredients. Add chicken to
pan, and sauté 2 minutes. Add broccoli, and sauté 5 minutes. Add chestnuts,
and sauté 2 minutes. Add broth mixture, and cook 1½ minutes or until sauce
is slightly thick, stirring constantly.
